Using a holistic approach, the programme works in depth on two fundamental aspects: weight loss and detoxification of the body. The ultimate goal is the complete regeneration of the individual, thanks to the restoration of physiological nutritional values and the adoption of healthy, lasting habits. The proposed Detox diet plan is based on principles of natural purification, with a diet favouring seasonal vegetables, seeds, live crops, gluten-free cereals and natural supplements. All the products used come from organic and zero-kilometre agriculture, grown directly in Finca Althaya. The programme is developed under the constant supervision of a multidisciplinary team and combines medical treatments, wellness therapies, physical activity and moments in contact with nature.
