In fact, studies show that only a small percentage of slimming programmes inspired by ‘restriction’ and ‘deprivation’ models are effective in lasting weight loss as well as being detrimental to the state of health itself. The Lefay SPA Method philosophy emphasises the importance of ‘awareness’ in nutrition and, more generally, in lifestyle, and therefore aims to change eating habits within the framework of a normal life. The programme includes nutritional counselling with the prescription of a ‘sustainable’ and customised diet, draining and detoxifying treatments and physical-energetic rebalancing activities with the aim of restoring the free flow of the body’s energy and regaining optimal weight. A path that begins during the stay and will continue at home.
