Zulal Discovery offers a holistic approach to family wellness through a new series of five customisable ‘wellness bundles’ designed to meet the needs of each household. Each package includes tailor-made activities ranging from fitness to meditation, from contact with nature to creativity, and can be combined with existing retreats. Everything takes place in an environment designed especially for families, with dedicated spaces divided by age group (from 0 to 16 years) and with the possibility of shared moments and individual paths.

OBJECTIVES AND BENEFITS

The aim of the wellness bundles is to strengthen individual and collective wellbeing, helping families reconnect with each other and the environment. The experiences on offer include recreational activities such as kayaking, nature walks, floating meditation and stargazing, as well as creative workshops, games to stimulate empathy and listening, mindfulness sessions and paths related to body health, such as nutritional counselling and outdoor sports. Some packages invite reflection on the value of family traditions, while others promote connection with nature through ecological walks and planting activities. Each proposal is designed to strengthen the family bond, stimulate the emotional development of the youngest and create new healthy and lasting habits.
